Yes. For the best printing quality and result, the resolution of the output image must be high enough with more than 150 dpi. Don’t worry because our professional Posterlite support will help and advise you if there is any issue with the image quality.

Generally, we recommend a minimum of 300dpi for digital print. For scanning quality, we recommend 600dpi for photos that are 4x6 inches or bigger; 1200dpi for smaller photos.
In most cases, a damp cloth or feather duster is sufficient in cleaning the dust or dirt that stays on the product over time. But most importantly, do not expose your Posterlite prints to continuous strong sunlight or moisture in order to maintain and extend its lifespan.

We take great pride in making amazing products that are delivered to you on time. Please refer to the information below for our estimated turnaround time. Once we have received the approval for the final artwork, the production process will take 3 to 4 working days, and the average delivery time will be between 4 and 6 working days. (Subject to location, peak or non-peak season and/or unforeseen circumstances). *Note: All orders are dispatched via courier or designated shipping provider, and are determined by their respective delivery schedules. Please allow for additional delivery time during peak seasons. Please do not use P.O. Box, as our current shipping providers do not ship to P.O. Box or Box addresses. Basic delivery option WITH package tracking is performed by Poslaju.
